By accessing the Solaria website or utilizing our AI-driven trading algorithms, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these General Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Solaria.
If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must immediately cease all use of our services and platform.
2. Description of Service
Solaria provides a proprietary technological interface that utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze cryptocurrency market data and execute automated trading strategies. Our services include:
- Real-time market analysis and data processing.
- Automated trade execution based on algorithmic parameters.

Note: Solaria is a technology provider. We do not operate as a bank, brokerage, or financial advisor. Our software automates processes based on pre-defined logic and user-selected risk profiles.
3. User Eligibility and Responsibilities
To use Solaria, users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Users are responsible for:

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these General Conditions or suspicious activity that may jeopardize the security of the platform.
